G-Ren PU composite door and window profiles

G-Ren use polyurethane composite which is used in aerospace and auto industry for our door and window systems. Professional research shows that PU composite used for window system emits only 17% carbon emission compared to traditional aluminum.

The production of PU composite frame is done by threading glass fiber through the fiber guidance into a mold. The PU components of A and B are separately injected into the injection box, they are heated and solidified in the mold. Then the puller pulls the frame out. This is called the pultrusion process. The entire process is environmentally friendly. There is 0- VOC, no gas, liquid, and solid waste in the whole process. PU composite frame is light , strong, low thermal conductivity and excellent corrosion resistance.

PU composite profiles provide a variety of surface solutions, which comes in different colors and features, and has excellent UV resistance. It is widely used in harsh environmental areas such as marine and wind engineering and so on. PU materials are extensively used in all aspects of direct human contact, including the medical field. They are safe and harmless materials.
