Bending toughened glass is made by processing the glass to softening point through special dies and equipment, and cooling it quickly and uniformly with cold air. After tempering, uniform compressive stress is formed on the glass surface, while tensile stress is formed inside, which makes the glass surface strength multiply, effectively improving the bending and impact resistance of the glass, and the strength reaches 4 times that of ordinary glass. When it is broken, it will split into small particles which are uniform and not easy to hurt people, and belong to safety glass.
